Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us at info@coldheartedworld.com within 10 business days of receipt. To expedite the process, include photos of the item and provide a detailed description of the issue.

Returns Due to Damage or Defect: For damaged or defective items, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost. Rest assured, you will not incur any shipping charges for returns in such cases.

Refunds: We offer refunds on items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the return conditions. If the product qualifies, we will process the refund accordingly. Please note that certain cases may warrant exceptions or additional verification before a refund is issued.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a store credit refund is issued, it will not cover return shipping costs.
